Questions
Do drivers need an account?
No. Each driver gets a private link that works for 45 days. They can finish on any phone.
Is the card charged during the trial?
No. You add a card to start, nothing is charged for 30 days, and you get a reminder 7 days and 1 day before the trial ends. Cancel anytime from Billing.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
They stay in your account, read-only, so you can download them. FMCSA requires files to be kept for 3 years after a driver leaves.
How is the price counted?
By active drivers. Mark a driver inactive or terminated and the next bill goes down automatically.
